Dave Merschman

I have been involved with helping to build our family business since 1974. Involved with many different aspects of the business. Have worked with different vendors during that time. Started at the bottom and worked my way through many different departments in the business to learn the diffent parts of the business first hand. Teaching our managers to get more involvement from our employees has been a plus. Would like to walk into this project at first and learn and then possibly coach in the future. I agree that jobs are the best way to get people out of poverty. We need to teach them how to fish rather than just handing them a fish.
